Shipping policy

  • Returns/Exchange : I aim to pack and despatch all orders within 3 to 4 business day. Please read the size measurements and descriptions carefully before you place your order. If for some reason you would like an exchange or return, please write to thekurmacollective@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items purchased in SALE will not be eligible for return. Items are returned at the buyers cost. Kindly choose a tracked service to ensure safe postage. Please allow up to 10 working days from the receipt of your returned package, for the refund to be processed. Parcels are sent TRACKED with Royal Mail. Once delivered to the right address, we are not liable for any loss thereafter.
